Chubby Gang Comedy presents: Block Party! A concert/comedy show designed to raise money for the performing arts programs in Hammond, IN. All ticket money goes back to the school for the performing arts programs. Performances TBA.
Chubby Gang Comedy is a creation of MHS Alumni Josh Sumrall. Believing in giving back, Josh created "Block Party" as a way to not only spread awareness of his comedy, expand his brand, and potentially reach more with his specific brand of comedy than ever before, but it is a way to give back to the community and kids of Hammond, something that is very personal to Josh. With already confirmed musical act Escape The Paradigm on board as well, the show is truly a show by MHS Alumni for future MHS Alumni. Two of the three members of ETP (Brandon Brodzinski and John Rockwood) are MHS Alum, having met Josh during their time in high school together. The goal here is simple: Raise as much money as possible for the performing arts programs while having an incredible time and helping support local talent to reach the next level of success!
